Infant Massage
Touch and massage can increase bonding, stimulation, and relaxation for your baby – come and learn massage techniques that will promote bonding and benefit you and your baby when you go back to work.
Breastfeeding: Making it work at work
Returning to work while breastfeeding presents unique challenges. In this session, you will learn your rights as a breastfeeding mom, how to choose the right breast pump, milk storage basics, bottle feeding techniques, and working with your employer and child care professionals. **This class should not be taken in place of a breastfeeding techniques class - this session will not teach basic breastfeeding**
What: This 2 hour workshop for moms who plan to return to work after having a baby. For best results, take this session around their 8th month of pregnancy.
Cost: $50

Mother's Tea and Devotional
Join us for tea and devotional time! This is open to any expectant or new mom. While childcare will not be provided, nursing or lap babies are welcome :)
This will be a time to gather and talk about topics related to mothering, expecting a baby, siblings, etc. We encourage sharing of your favorite scriptures, or ways that God has helped or guided you through pregnancy, labor, and being a mom. We hope this will be a place where we can grow as not only mothers, but as a community of moms who support each other.
Our first tea will be held November 3th at 10AM at Vinings Lake Church. 78 Cooper Lake Road, Mableton GA 30126.
