Historically, mothers and sisters and other family members taught new mothers how to breastfeed. As families have moved apart, that network of support can be hard to find. Our goal is to provide the necessary education and tools for you to successfully feed your baby from the very beginning.
Taught by Certified Lactation Educators, Mother's Mana will teach you the basics of breastfeeding, including proper positioning and latching, knowing your baby is getting enough milk, and finding support when you need it. Both you and your baby are learning a new skill, and support and assistance in the early
weeks of breastfeeding can be vital to establishing a lasting breastfeeding relationship.
Mother's Option will teach the optimum positions for bottle feeding, milk storage basics, bottle techniques, how to choose the right nipple, and much more!
